How is your order processed by us (Order Status)
Payment has not been made for your order. Please visit this page to make payment
You have selected to make payment via Bank Transfer - most likely we are in the midst of verifying your transfer!
If you have not made the transfer yet, please do refer to our section below on 'Bank Transfer via PAYNOW'.
If you have forgotten to include your Invoice Number when making your PAYNOW transfer, please message us as soon as possible. Orders will not be processed till payment confirmation is complete.
We have received your order and payment. Our team is currently packing your items and will ship it out as soon as we can.
We have finished packing and your item has been collected by the courier. For those of you that selected SingPost SmartPac delivery option, your Tracking Code will be visible under your accounts page. Highlight over the 'Track' button or click on the 'View' button beside your respective order.
Ready for Collection:
You may proceed to collect your order from our redemption venue: 279 Balestier Road #02-01, Balestier Point Singapore 329727.
Please message us to confirm your collection timing before coming down to collect your order.
Your order will be marked as completed once your product is delivered by our couriers, or upon successful self-collection.
