Shipping and Collection

Express Delivery: Singapore

  • Estimated Time: 2-3 working days (Date and Time Slot selection available during check-out)
  • Cost: $8 (FREE for orders above $50!) 
  • You can select the exact day and timing, down to the exact hour (1 hour intervals) for our courier to deliver your order.
  • We will send a reminder through Facebook (Please say Hi to us on our Facebook Page first, our Page Admin can only message you after you reach out to us... Facebook psst!)

SingPost SmartPac: Singapore

  • Estimated Time: 3-5 working days
  • Cost: $3.20
  • SingPost SmartPac is friendly on our pockets, and comes with a tracking code.
  • You may select the day you wish to have it delivered to you by during the checkout process, but for SingPost SmartPac's shipping, the delivery time is affected by SingPost's processing, thus the Delivery is just an estimate 🙂
  • We typically aim to ship our all orders within 1 working day itself 🙂

Self-Collection: Singapore

  • Estimated time of collection: 2-3 working days (Date and Time Slot selection available during check-out)
  • Cost: FREE
  • To self-collect your order, simply select "Self Collect" as your delivery option and you can select the exact date and timing you wish to collect from us.
  • You may head down to 279 Balestier Road #02-01, Balestier Point Singapore 329727 for self-collection
  • We will send a reminder through Facebook (Please say Hi to us on our Facebook Page first, our Page Admin can only message you after you reach out to us... Facebook again... psst!)

Orders Related

How is your order typically processed in the system? (Order Status)

  1. Pending Payment: Payment has not been made for your order. Please visit this page to make payment 🙂
  2. On Hold: You have selected to make payment via Bank Transfer - most likely we are in the midst of verifying your transfer! If you have not made the transfer yet, please do refer to our section below on 'Bank Transfer via PAYNOW'.
  3. Processing: We have received your order and payment. Our team is currently packing your items and will ship it out as soon as we can.
  4. Shipped: We have finished packing and your item has been collected by the courier. For those of you that selected SingPost SmartPac delivery option, your Tracking Code will be visible under your accounts page. Highlight over the 'Track' button or click on the 'View' button beside your respective order.
  5. Completed: Your order will be marked as completed once your product is delivered by our couriers, or upon successful self-collection.

Modes of Payment

  • PayPal - You can pay using your PayPal account via the checkout process.
    1. Head over to your cart and click "Proceed to Checkout" when you are ready
    2. Fill in your billing details and click "Proceed to Paypal"
  • Debit/Credit Card - You can pay with your Debit/Credit Card through PayPal's payment gateway (no need to create a Paypal account)
    1. Head over to your cart and click "Proceed to Checkout" when you are ready
    2. Fill in your billing details and click "Proceed to Paypal"
    3. Click the "Pay with Credit or Debit Card" and fill up your card details
  • Bank Transfer via PAYNOW
    1. Simply login to your banking app or through your bank's I-Banking website
    2. Select PAYNOW transfer
    3. Select 'Unique Entity Number' and enter our UEN: 201321012C. You may also choose to scan the QR CODE below, if your banking app supports QR Code scanning 🙂

Issues with your Orders

Product Exchange Policy

We know that sometimes, we change our minds after buying something online. Chamber Auction offers free exchanges within 15 days of the shipping date. Simply message us on Facebook with your request and we will get back to you regarding return details!

Kindly note that each order is entitled to 1 exchange request; you may exchange multiple items within one request. Subsequent exchange request will be charged at an administrative rate of $5 per request.

Exchanges incurring delivery charges will be borne by the buyer. Buyer may opt to make an appointment with us on our Facebook Page before coming down to our redemption centre to arrange for an exchange.

Please ensure that the item(s) is in its original condition and packaging as we reserve the right to refuse returns in poor condition.

Damaged or Wrong items

Product defects or incorrect items is rare, but they do happen from time to time. We always check our products before shipping them out.

However, if there are any defects or incorrect items, do let us know through our Facebook Page within 10 days of the shipping date and we will be glad to assist you!

Please include photos/videos of the defective or incorrect items for our evaluation. Upon verification, exchanges and replacements can be done via Singpost Registered Mail. We will provide you with in-store credits to compensate you for the delivery charges!

Refunds

Cash refunds are not available for returns or exchanges. In-store credits equivalent to the returned item(s) will be credited to your account. In-store credits do not have an expiration date.
