Rules for our Facebook Auction
Bidders are welcome to bid on our platforms (Facebook Live) using their Social Media accounts. All bids placed are final, thus, please bid only if you are really serious about the product as other bidders are also serious. 🙂
No registration is required for bidding (as of September 2018)
Only users who register for an account will be able to make payment and collect their products. Registration is simple and only requires your name and billing address.
Payment Process and Options:
ALWAYS PM our Admin after you have won a bid in order to begin the payment process.
For registered users, payment can be made from your account management page (under My Account > Orders) AFTER PM-ing our admin. (It takes us some time to upload your order details :))
For PayNow or Bank Transfer, please PayNow to UEN 201321012C or Bank Transfer to OCBC 647797042001
***IMPORTANT: If you are making payment by Bank Transfer or PayNow, please include your Order/Invoice Number or your Facebook Username in the 'comments for recipients' section. After transfer is complete, please message us on Facebook to inform us that you have made payment. If you do not have an Invoice Number, please find it here (under My Account > Orders), or PM our Admin on our Facebook Page.
